Shamrock Cinnamon Rolls: An Easy St. Patrick’s Day Treat for Kids
I’m all about finding ways to make holidays extra special for my kids. And what I’ve learned over the years is that doing so makes the holidays more magical for me, too! That said, I’m busy and juggling a lot, just like all parents are. So when it comes to those special touches, the simpler, the better! And these shamrock cinnamon rolls are exactly that—they come together with just three ingredients! The key is to use store-bought cinnamon rolls. Here’s how to make them!

Shamrock Cinnamon Rolls Ingredients:
Shamrock Cinnamon Rolls Instructions:
- Unroll each cinnamon roll and cut it into five pieces.
- Make a loop with four of the pieces and squish them together to make a shamrock.
- The fifth piece is for the stem! Attach that to the bottom.
- Repeat for each cinnamon roll.
- Bake them according to the package instructions.
- While they’re cooking, mix the icing with the food coloring. This food coloring is artificial dye-free!
- Mix the icing, then spoon it into a plastic Ziploc bag. Cut a tiny corner off the bag to create a quick piping bag.
- Once the cinnamon rolls are finished baking, place them on a tray and drizzle the icing over the top.
- Then, add the rainbow sprinkles, and you’re done!
So easy, right?!
And your kids will love them! You could even have them help make them.
