Breakfast Bliss: The Perfect German Pancake Recipe

German pancakes are a family favorite breakfast around here, so today I’m sharing our go-to German pancake recipe. We don’t make them often, and when we do, it is usually on the weekends. We love eating it with freshly sliced strawberries, Cool Whip, and powdered sugar. And of course, syrup (this kind is our favorite!).
My favorite thing about this breakfast is that it’s simple and not too unhealthy. You can easily substitute the sugar for honey or use your preferred type of milk and flour.
