German Pancakes

Servings 1 9x13 pan

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 1/4 cups Flour
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 4 tbsp sugar

Instructions
 

  • Pre heat oven to 400 degrees
  • Place 1/4 cup of butter (or half a stick) in a 9x13 pan and place it in the oven to melt.
  • Blend together eggs, milk, flour, vanilla and sugar.
  • Pour egg mixture over the melted butter in the 9x13 pan.
  • Bake in over at 400 degrees for 25-25 minutes
  • Serve immediately with syrup, powdered sugar, or fresh fruit.
